LOCKER CODE PROMOTION – OFFICIAL RULES
June 1, 2026 – October 1, 2026
1. SPONSOR
This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by BCIP LLC, with principal offices located at
4480 Paradise Road, Suite 1200, Las Vegas, NV 89169 (“Sponsor” or “Big Chicken”), in partnership with
2K Games, Inc., 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato, CA 94949 (“2K”). The Promotion is not sponsored,
endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store).
2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
During the Promotion Period (defined below), participating Big Chicken restaurant locations will distribute
in-restaurant promotional flyers featuring Shaquille O’Neal (“Flyer”). Each Flyer contains a QR Code and
a Locker Code (“BIGCHICKEN”) that, when redeemed within the NBA 2K Mobile video game application,
unlocks a Shaquille O’Neal in-game character (“Reward”). No purchase is necessary to receive a Flyer
while supplies are available at participating locations.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the
“Promotion Period”). Flyers distributed after the Promotion Period ends may not be valid for redemption.
All Locker Codes expire on October 1, 2026, regardless of when the Flyer was received.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to residents of the United States. Flyers are available to any customer at
participating Big Chicken locations while supplies last during the Promotion Period, and no purchase is
necessary to receive a flyer to participate in the Promotion. Redemption of the Locker Code and
download of the NBA 2K Mobile application are subject to 2K’s own end user license agreement, terms of
service, and age requirements, which are separate from this Promotion. By redeeming the Locker Code
in NBA 2K Mobile, participants agree to 2K’s applicable terms and conditions. Participants under the age
of 13 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion. By
participating, the parent or legal guardian of a minor under 13 acknowledges and agrees to these Official
Rules on behalf of the minor.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS
The Promotion is available at participating Big Chicken restaurant locations in the United States.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1 – Receive a Flyer
Visit a participating Big Chicken location during the Promotion Period and request an in-restaurant
Shaquille O’Neal promotional Flyer from a team member, while supplies last. Limit one (1) Flyer per
person. No purchase necessary.
Step 2 – Download NBA 2K Mobile
Scan the QR Code on the Flyer using your iOS or Android mobile device. The QR Code will direct you to:
The Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download NBA 2K Mobile, if the application is not already installed on your device; or
The NBA 2K Mobile application directly, if the application is already installed on your device.
Download and installation of NBA 2K Mobile is free and subject to applicable data charges from your
mobile carrier.
Step 3 – Enter the Locker Code
Once in the NBA 2K Mobile application, navigate to the Locker Code redemption section and enter the
code: BIGCHICKEN. Upon successful redemption, the Shaquille O’Neal in-game character will be
unlocked in your NBA 2K Mobile account.
7. THE REWARD
Upon successful Locker Code redemption, each eligible participant will receive the following in-game
reward:
Shaquille O’Neal in-game character unlocked within NBA 2K Mobile (the “Reward”)
The Reward:
Is delivered digitally within the NBA 2K Mobile application.
Has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Is valid through October 1, 2026, after which all unredeemed Locker Codes will expire.
Is subject to availability and the continued operation of NBA 2K Mobile by 2K Games, Inc.
Is determined solely by 2K Games, Inc. in its discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of the NBA 2K Mobile application
or the Reward. All issues relating to in-game redemption should be directed to 2K Games, Inc. for
customer support.
8. LIMIT
Limit one (1) Flyer and one (1) Locker Code redemption per person. Multiple redemption attempts using
the same Locker Code by the same individual may be disqualified. The Locker Code is intended for
individual personal use only and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or transferred.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & REQUIRED NOTICES
All 2K trademarks, logos, and game assets used in connection with this Promotion are the property of 2K
Games, Inc. and/or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and are used by Sponsor under license. All Big
Chicken trademarks and branding are the property of BCIP LLC. Nothing in this Promotion grants
participants any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of either party.
All Promotion materials that include 2K Marks or reference the Games are subject to prior written
approval by 2K Games, Inc. no later than twenty (20) U.S. business days before use.
The Shaquille O’Neal likeness used in the Promotion Flyer is subject to separate approval and clearance
by Shaquille O’Neal and his authorized representatives, which is the sole responsibility of Big Chicken.
10. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any
reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical problems, unauthorized human intervention, or any
other cause, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Promotion and resume it in a
manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be: (i) tampering
with the Promotion or the redemption process; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time, with notice posted at
participating locations or via Big Chicken’s official communication channels.
Flyers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless BCIP LLC, 2K
Games, Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors,
employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and
against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable
attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to:
Participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of the Reward;
Technical errors, including lost, interrupted, or unavailable Internet, network, wireless, or server connections;
Unauthorized human intervention or tampering with the Promotion;
Errors in the administration of the Promotion or in Locker Code redemption;
Injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property arising, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion.
For participants who are minors, participation constitutes the consent of the minor's parent or legal
guardian to these Official Rules and to the release and limitations of liability set forth herein.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION
OR THE REWARD.
12. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of
action arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class or collective action.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these
Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada,
without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. PRIVACY
Big Chicken does not collect personally identifiable information from participants solely as a result of Flyer
distribution. Any personal information collected through the NBA 2K Mobile application upon Locker Code
redemption is governed by 2K Games, Inc.’s privacy policy, available at 2K’s official website. Any
information collected by Big Chicken in connection with this Promotion is subject to Big Chicken’s privacy
policy.

This Promotion will be supported by social media posts from Big Chicken’s and 2K’s official channels. All
social media content referencing 2K Marks or the Games is subject to prior approval by 2K Games, Inc.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
