Big Chicken Tampa Grand Opening Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By participating in the Big Chicken Tampa Grand Opening Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Big Chicken and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members or members of their same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Big Chicken, located at 8725 West Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33625 (“Sponsor”).

3. Entry Period

Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway:

This portion begins Monday, June 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST and ends Friday, July 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway:

To enter, visit Big Chicken’s Tampa location anytime during the Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway entry period and fill out an entry form at the store. No purchase is necessary to complete the entry.

Alternatively, to enter without visiting the location, mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card with your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and the words "Big Chicken Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway" to:

Big Chicken – Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway Entry, 8725 West Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33625.

Mailed entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2025, and received by July 31, 2025.

Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry for the Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway.

5. Prizes

Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway:

The following prizes will be randomly drawn by Sponsor after the Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway Entry Period ends:

Thirty-four (34) pairs of SHAQ-brand sneakers (Approximate Retail Value: $45 each).

One (1) autographed basketball trading cards (Approximate Retail Value: $150 each).

Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway:

Prize winners will be selected by random drawing on or about July 31, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Trading Card & Sneaker Giveaway Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to a participant’s contact information after entry submission.

7. General Conditions

Participants agree to allow Big Chicken to use their name, likeness, and entry for marketing/promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release Big Chicken, its affiliates, and promotional partners from any claims, liability, or damages from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes related to the Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Winner List

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received by July 15, 2024.
